Survival
Description
Getting Around
With the custom terrain and multiple worlds that Survival offers, there are several different ways of getting around the map. These range from teleporting randomly, to a specific player or location, or even just an easy way to get between levels of your base!
Terrain Generation
LemonCloud utilises Terralith for it’s Overworld terrain generation, which enhances existing biomes and adds many more to find using only vanilla Minecraft blocks, as well as several custom structures to explore. Each biome offers something unique to explore, with some even offering new biome tints for foliage blocks, such as purple in the Lavender Valley or red in the Temperate Highlands. The custom terrain also offers more opportunities to gather resources that is typically harder to obtain a lot of, such as an abundance of calcite in Amethyst Canyons or packed mud in Arid Highlands. We can’t wait to see what builds you make on this terrain!
The terrain in the Nether and End has not been changed and is typical for what you would find in vanilla Minecraft.
Volcanic Peaks
Amethyst Rainforest and Mage Tower structure
Resource World
Alongside the main Overworld, Nether, and End, LemonCloud Survival also has a secondary world known as the Resource World. The point of this secondary world is to be a way to gather various resources yourself without having to destroy the potential building terrain in the main world.
While the main Overworld is 50k x 50k blocks, and the Nether and End are 25k x 25k blocks, every dimension in the Resource World is 2.5k x 2.5k blocks, and will reset with a new seed automatically at the start of every month. Since it does reset frequently you can not claim land in the Resource World and you are encouraged to not build anything you wish to keep there, and will be told you are in the Resource World on a boss bar at the top of the screen. To access the Resource World you can select it in the /rtp menu. We hope you're able to use this world to your benefit as a place to gather resources while keeping the main world clean!
Random Teleporting
One easy way to find new land to explore is to randomly teleport somewhere on the map! To do so you can use the command /rtp, where you get to choose what world (Main or Resource) and what dimension (Overworld, Nether, or End) you will randomly teleport to. Be warned though, some dimensions have a money cost that will be automatically removed from your balance if you have the funds once you choose it in the /rtp menu.
- Overworlds: Free
- Nethers: $5000
- Ends: $10000
When randomly teleporting you will be put in a safe location on land (not in water, lava, or in the sky, and not on any blocks that would harm you), that is not inside of an existing claim. There is also a 60s cooldown for each dimension after you randomly teleport to it, this cooldown can be bypassed with the Emperor rank.
Homes
Homes are the main way in which you can set a private warp that allows you to teleport back to wherever you set them. To set a home you stand in the spot you want to teleport back to and do /sethome [name]. By default, Members have one /sethome and can also teleport to their bed with /home bed. To teleport to the home you do /home [name].
The amount of homes you can set can be increased via ranks and vote ranks, which are combined to determine your total amount of homes you can set.
Vote Ranks:
Vote Rank | Max Homes |
I | 2 |
II | 4 |
III | 6 |
IV | 8 |
V | 10 |
VI | 12 |
VII | 14 |
VIII | 16 |
IV | 18 |
X | 20 |
Ranks:
Rank | Max Homes |
Traveller | 3 |
Adventurer | 5 |
Hero | 10 |
Fabled | 20 |
Monarch | 40 |
Emperor | Unlimited |
If you ever forget what homes you have set you can see a list using /homes. You can also delete any homes you no longer want with /delhome [name].
Be careful when setting new homes, as two homes can not share the same name. If you try to set a new home with an existing name then it will override the original home.
Teleporting to Another Person
If you ever want to get to someone else then there is a very easy way to do so! You can send a teleport request to someone else using /tpa [user], this request can then be accepted or denied by the other person with /tpaccept or /tpdeny respectively. If it gets accepted then you will teleport to them.
Alternatively you can use /tpahere [user] to send a request for the other person to teleport to you.
If you ever wish to disable receiving these requests then you can use /tptoggle.
Player Warps
Ever wanted to set a spot that others can teleport to whenever, even when you’re not online? Well you can! Player Warps, like the name suggests, are warps set by players that allow for other people to teleport to their location whenever. They can be used to show off builds, set up shops, create community spots, and much more!
A list of public player warps can be found in the /pw menu, the menu for managing your own warps is also accessible in this menu by clicking the ender pearl in the bottom right. If you wish to set a warp simply stand where you want it and do /pw set [name], player warps must have unique names so new warps can’t be created if you’re trying to use an existing name.
To teleport to a warp simply do /pw [name] or click on it while in the /pw menu.
Here is a full list of useful player warp commands:
Command | Description |
/pw | Opens up the player warp menu, which lists all currently open warps that can be sorted in different ways using the hopper in the bottom right. Your own warps can be managed by clicking the ender pearl in the bottom right of this menu as well. |

/pw set [name] | Creates a new warp where you are standing with the specified name, as long as it doesn’t already exist. |
/pw reset [name] | Changes the location of the specified warp to where you are standing. |

/pw list [user] | Lists all the currently unlocked warps that the specified user owns. |
You can only set a certain number of warps, which is determined by your rank:
Rank | Number of Warps |
Member | 1 |
Traveller | 2 |
Adventurer | 3 |
Hero | 4 |
Fabled | 5 |
Monarch | 6 |
Emperor | 7 |
Server Map
Another useful tool for finding your way around Survival is to look at our online map of the world. You can get the link from doing /map in game or clicking here. This map allows you to see the surface of the main Overworld, Nether, and End (not the Resource World), as well as where other people currently are, any claims, and the locations of player warps.
If you wish to hide yourself from this map you can disable it in the /toggle menu.
Claims
You can claim land by right-clicking 2 corners while holding a Golden Shovel. Claims use Claim Blocks, which can be purchased from the /store, /lemonstore, won in crates, or accrued from playtime:
Rank | Claim Blocks |
Default | 100 per hour |
Traveller | 125 per hour |
Adventurer | 150 per hour |
Hero | 175 per hour |
Fabled | 200 per hour |
Monarch | 225 per hour |
Emperor | 250 per hour |
To see the claim outline again you can hold the gold shovel again or right click the ground with a stick, doing /kit claiming will give you both of these items. To resize the claim simply right click one of the corners with the golden shovel and then right click where you want the new corner to be.
Once you’ve claimed land other people will not be able to modify it in any way unless you give them permission. You can grant permissions to someone so they can build in your claim by standing in the claim and doing /trust [user]. There are also other forms of trust such as: /containertrust [user] that allows the specified user to use containers like chests or droppers but not break blocks, /accesstrust [user] lets the specified user to use things such as beds, buttons, and levers but not break blocks, and /permissiontrust [user] which lets the specified user also manage permissions such as /trust or /claimsettings. If you ever wish to remove someone’s trust just do /untrust [user].
If you wish to remove a claim stand inside the claim and do /removeclaim. Use /abandonallclaims to remove all of your claims at once.
Claim Flags
In your claim there are several claim flags that you can set that can change the way people interact with your claim. To set a claim flag simply do /setclaimflag [flag], and to remove it do /removeclaimflag [flag]. Certain flags require additional information when you are setting them, and there are certain claim flags everyone can use, however some are unlocked via ranks:
Flag | Command | Description | Rank Unlocked |
NoEnterPlayer | /setclaimflag NoEnterPlayer [user] | Prevents the specified user from entering the claim. | Member |

NotifyLeave | /setclaimflag NotifyLeave | Notifies you in chat when someone leaves the claim. | Emperor |
Subdividing Claims
Subdividing claims is very useful as it allows you to set different permissions within your one larger claim. To make a subdivide simply do /subdivideclaim to enter subdivision mode, where you can use the golden shovel to select the area you wish to make a subsection of your main claim. To exist subdivision mode just do /basicclaims.
Then you can just stand inside the subdivide and change the permission and claim flags you wan’t that specific area to have, which won’t affect the settings of the whole claim. When changing settings while standing in the larger claim it will also change the same settings for any subdivides.
Like a normal claim you can resize it using a golden shovel. Using /removeclaim while in a subdivide will remove the subdivide and not the whole claim.
Spawners
Spawners have been changed to be more of a grind to get set up. Spawners are now crafted using Spawner Cores and Mob Heads.
Natural spawners can no longer be picked up with Silk Touch, and instead will always give the person who broke them 3 of the corresponding mob head. Silk Touch can be used to pick up spawners that have been crafted and placed, with the Silk Touch requirement being removed if you have a rank.
More information about how spawners function can be found here.
Spawner Cores
Spawner Cores are a crafting item used for crafting spawners by surrounding them with mob heads. They can be purchased with in-game money from /shop, or won from Legendary or Monthly crates.
Mob Heads
Mobs have a chance of dropping their head when killed by a player:
Type | Chance |
Natural mobs | 10% |
Spawner mobs | 1% |
These chances are not affected by Looting or the Decapitation enchant.
Crafting Spawners
Place a spawner core in a crafting table with its matching mob head surrounding it to create a mob spawner.
